Love it.


okkkkk i'm not one of those yoga-fixes-everything-just-say-namaste girls...but still a huge fan;)



Stretching especially, puts me in such a good mood and energizes me like nothing else!
soooooooo.......you know the drill.....


day 4: take time to stretch. 


Even if it's for only 5 or 10 minutes. It's good for your muscles, your mind (and your muffin top;). 'nuff said....

And I'm not the only mormon chick who loves yoga and stretching

can't call me crazy now;)
