we're SO doing this guys
goin' strong.....



ok, so positive psychology has proven that
  focusing on our strengths rather than our weaknesses actually boosts our ability to overcome weaknesses.

basically, by milking the good stuff, we boost ourselves and find greater happiness and determination to become better people.
