day 7: go for a walk!

I'm a firm believer in going for a hike, a stroll, or a long walk to clear my mind and put me in a good mood. 
What's even's proven (i'm starting to really like that word lol) to boost satisfaction and happiness levels. Being out in nature, having time to think, and enjoying the beauty and peace around us, is an obvious formula for success!

so go! 

Enjoy nature, and clear your mind! 

(And if it's more than 20 min it a workout)
