Day 29: What You Can't Change, Don't

Confession session......sometimes I can be a worrywart.

I stress over stuff I can't control, worry about things that will probably never happen, and waste way too much energy thinking about the past and future, that I often forget to enjoy the present.


It's dumb.


I've started to notice how lame that is. Really. It takes all the love out of the moment. Instead of just forgetting to even SMELL the flowers, you forget they're there all together.



So here's my game plan.....Day 29: Write down 5 things you're stressing over. Then cross off the ones you can't immediately control. 



If you can control some of them, instead of worrying over the whole thing, write down just ONE thing you can do to better the situation.


Accept the things that are outside your control. Dwell on what you can change. Then have the courage to do it. 


If you can't change it, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.
